a monster ALMOST gets her, but is distracted by fireworks which were louder than her screams. so she finally cant hold it anymore and she screams. she sits in the bathtub and as we all know, child birth is painful, and it would be really hard to have a silent birth lol.

the mom has a baby- and it shows her water breaking and blood trailing the floor. the man commits suicide by screaming as loud as he can so the monsters will kill him. she is covered with scratch wounds and blood stains. later, it shows a man looking down at his dead wife in the woods- obvious that a monster got her. its not bloody or anything- you just see the monster for half a second swipe the kid and run. in the very beginning of the movie, (((SPOILERS))) they lose the little boy to one of the monsters because he turned on a button on a spaceship that made a sound.

Violence- what i like bout this movie is that its not like a psychopath rated R murderer running around, they are monsters that look like Venom was mixed with a spider. it was either this or The Village- which i'm still planning to see. so lemme start out by saying, i'd never seen a horror movie before- my parents are really protective about what my sisters and i see- but we FINALLY convinced them to watch this movie. The only reason I gave this a four star is because it ends in a HUGE cliffhanger- but that's what A Quiet place part 2 is for haha. It is so suspenseful- and theres a lotta jump scares. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is aged 12 and up, and is just starting it to like horror movies. There isn't much blood, cursing, or sex, but the film does do a good job of scaring you by the end like a horror film should. In terms of being inappropriate, this film is really a great introduction to the world of horror. But all of it was extremely entertaining to see. There isn't an insane amount of gore, but the film does have some suicide references and questionable bits sprinkled throughout which some may find disturbing. This is shown interesting by all the action and horror elements of the film. I won't get into specifics, but let's just say this film really urges you to stay quiet, as bad things may happen if you don't. But the overall premise of this film is super interesting. I was honestly expecting this to be kinda mediocre, as most horror movies these days are, but after coming out the theater my only reaction was to scream "TUNA!", because my man Jim Halpert did an amazing job with this film! The cast is great first of all, everyone is awesome to see on screen., especially Jim and Marry Poppins.

While Krasinski has called “A Quiet Place” a “love letter” to his kids, he thinks of “Part II” as the reverse. Simmonds, who is deaf and communicates through American Sign Language, said she helped Krasinski improve his ASL skills while on set of “Part II.” “Not only did I think she would give an amazing performance, which I knew she could do, her character opens the door to all the themes I was dealing with in the first movie.” “I had this small idea, which was to make Millie the lead of the movie,” Krasinski said. Then he came up with an idea that excited him and real-life and on-screen wife Blunt. While the first “A Quiet Place” was both a critical and commercial success, the actor-director feared that a second film wouldn’t be able to capture the same magic. In March, Krasinski told Variety he was hesitant when Paramount approached him to make a sequel to his horror debut.
